ABMH: Unless u only plan to camp in 1 corner for the entire game then juggernaut armor is overkill/counter-intuiative for a sniper. Use something lighter like SEK Fortress, SEK Comp, IND 401,926 Comp, FN Field, HL-C Tactical Armor or BT101 body armor. For helmet, either you wear nothing or go with any helmet that does not lower ur ergonomic & movement speed that much.
That's too many magazines, just 2 will do, 1 in ur gun, 1 in ur rig. M80s are fine but bring M62 or M61s if u can afford it to shoot at players while use M80s for anything else: bots,bosses & low tier players.
Put the smokes in ur rig, it'll save you. Bring ur 100D 400/400 & 120/120 medkit to ur rig. Bring painkillers, like 4 to 6 liquid painkillers, should last you half the game. Bring bandages, you'll thank it if bot shoots you and u get wounded. And bring biscuit & 60/60 water since playing as a sniper is a waiting game and thus, ur thirst and hunger bar will eventually go down.
Bonus: if you have extra money to splurge on, get some taurine/nom nom/energy bar to use to replenish ur energy if you need to quickly relocate/retreat/push forward and lastly bring 1-2 endurance stims to run longer and to aim down sight longer before ur hands get tired.

Get more koen man. Not only will you have to remove the operational supply marker of the thermal but if you die with it then you can say goodbye to almost all your koen. If you don't have a good gun like rpk or mk14 then you might as well not even have a thermal as well.

Ain't a mentor but I can try give some tips. For a weapon, try and get a meta gun like rpk and mk14 or a reliable and fast gun like m4a1 or the aek (Assuming that you have the thermal on during your run). I recommend to put a surpressor on the guns because your likely to attract unwanted attention. Not a gun tip but it's important that you must get RELIABLE AND GOOD Teamates, who can get your thermal when needed (Though you need to do a run again to get rid of the supply marker). Try normal farm as well since you have a quite short but wide map. You need to keep in mind that you MIGHT GET T4-T6 ENEMIES IN YOUR GAME, SOME EVEN WITH THERMALS. USE T4-T6 AMMO WHEN RUNNING WITH THERMAL AND HAVE GOOD ARMOUR WHEN RUNNING AS WELL. Btw get endurance stims, as your primary focus is to extract and remove your supply marker.

Just look for it. Ideally in safes.

Also loot the green square boxes. Those (in my experience) are the best for finding t7. I've found about 10 in those green military supply boxes and the long green air drops. Maybe about 5 t7 in those. Those would be my best recommendations for decent loot.
