I was suddenly fined Koen right after selling a rare item (Statue) to one of the contacts for 450,000 Koen. Immediately after that transaction, I received a penalty.

Im guessing it could tank one round? With my understanding of the armor system if you shoot a t3 (or any tier for that matter) vest with a t3 bullet it can tank 1ish shots Before being able to pen.
Its also dependant on witch vest and the "effective durability" and the pen on the actual bullet but that's as simple as i can get it.

Here is the story, soo I was just walking around and doing nothing hope that there will be a player, when suddenly a player shout saying "my bag!" when he is already extracted, and I didn't know where is his bag and I thought he got killed, soo I tried to kill the player (which was actually there) and later his teammates start acting weirdly and I was like "what is going on" and soon I was trying my way not to get naded, as soon as I thought it was just a prank, they naded me when I was carrying my 70k rpk and having just a rolled up bag and a few loot that his teammates left over which I think they don't want it no more, and when I spectate I soon realise his bag was literally at the spot where I don't even realise, and soo he keeps yapping saying "you steal my stuff bro, you goblin". This is literally stupid, I didn't do anything and yet get naded, do you guys think is fair? EXACTLY NO
