Well, most t5 armoured can be EASILY penned by a t4. Hell, even t3. Their durability is trash compared to actual armor (i know its worse than an actual armor, but still)
That's why i always avoid using/Wearing t5 rig because they somtimes broke easily half of your Durability will be gone after 2-3 shots, or gets penned by a t4 with just 3 bullet.
Always go for t6 if you wanted to uses an armored rig. Or maybe just uses the body armor and an unarmored rig instead

Painkillers sedate you, but pain is basically a warning to not do something (for example run on the leg, because it will cause more serious damage) so if you take painkillers and do it anyways, you will still take damage. Your low HP resulted in that damage killing you. Next time, use a medkit or any of the 3 regen boosters to make sure it won’t kill you.
