If your teammate kills someone, do not take their loot. You will be penalized and/or teamkilled. It is annoying when your efforts to kill other players is in vain due to someone stealing loot off of your kill. You can loot the kill when your teammate grants you permission.

This is not limited to kills, as locked rooms are also included as loot for a specific player.
