You are using PP rounds that have tier three penetration you are shooting at T4 armor that is one tier above the ammo. Yes you can penetrate T4 with T3 ammo but the only way you can is if

1. You get lucky
2. You get the armor durability low enough
   To penetrate T4 almost every time I would recommend running T4 or above bullets.
   Or you could just go full leg meta

I practiced it in practice range apparently that expensive helmet is the worst in terms of protection material. Polythene is the worst material for armour. I never used that helmet for how expensive it is. It does protect you against t4 but t5 nah. if you want true protection. Choose armour that is composite, titanium, aluminum, or harden steel

Aramid and Polythelen are the worst armour materials but cheap to repair.

The faceshield made from glass are not effective. It gotta be t4 glass to block t2. T3 bullets go through t4 glass face Shields.

Apparently if it gets shot by let's say a G18C with ap bullets. It blocks 4 shots before you die. So guns with low firepower is ok but guns like mp5 with ap can 1 shot the glass because their firepower is high

In addition. Worn armour (repaired armour) is less effective if it's durability is low.

Based on some good pvp. Full durability aluminum , titanium and steal can protect you until their broken.

But composite and ceramic lose their defence the lower their durability is. If it's half durability you get 50% of damage dealt by t3 bullets using t4armour
