Sell keys that you find (if you don't planned to use those) and sell any cheap single time use meds away as. If you had access to Faction tagged medical supplies or you had something better to replace those cheap med (eg: simple surg kit -> military surgical kit) and sell large or bulky bag/chest rig that you don't use as in normal raid. Had a large bulky bag usually mean you profile is more easy to spotted

Irl you cant fit a very large scope like a sniper scope with 12x or 20x zoom.
Actual scope is really large to the point you really need a bigger pouch on your pants. (Except for holo sights, they could fit into your pocket)
