I got 2 possible answer. the helmet doesnt matter as ur ammo is t6 and would penetrate even t6. the damage reduction wouldnt be enough to dtop a 1 shot in the head. you either lagged heavily, hit the neck, or hit their shoulder. remember aboht bullet drop which is still minimal at this range but you know what im talking about
