You can’t sell the mcx anyway because it’s a faction gun, and if you look up anything that is related to a faction on the market you’ll notice that it’s not available.
The only thing you can do with faction items is to use them, sell them to the contacts for a little koen, or sell it to the faction for a very little faction currency.
