The steel affected most of mobility and speed and it a cost when you want heavy protection but besides from that the steel being the most toughest material that can take multiple hits constantly while some other material maybe cheaper or somewhat better then it can't stand up long while under heavy fire

ABMH , this key allows you to open any locked doors except keycard doors. It’s really rare so use it wisely. A lot of people like to use it on Motel Guest Room as it’s the most expensive room to open. You can get your money worth opening it. There’s two safes inside.
