The M110 have a bonus to its damage thanks to the Firing Power + being a semi auto DMR. The M80 damage is increased to 1 shot any players in the thorax IF they aren't wearing armor or wearing T2 below.

Meanwhile the enemy have the 926 Camo T4, it is a really tanky T4 armor which can reduce the damage of an M80 round coming out of an M110 barrel to the chest. Your last shot was in the leg so it didn't show what armor the opponemt has.
