I see, on iOS there's a screen zoom accessibility feature that allows you to get a close-up of a certain section of the screen, while it doesn't let you see further distances ingame it's perfect for lining up the line of the rear sight with visibly smaller targets at larger distances, which moves using irons from being near impossible to just really difficult

the Mosin cannot one shot above T3, and for T3 and below it's under specific conditions, namely you must be using the dedicated Sniper Barrel and an ammunition two levels above equivalent tier to the enemy's armor.

For example, I can one-shot Torso with 7BT1 against T3 and below armor users, however any armor greater than that blocks too much damage to allow that.

Similarly, if I were to try to use SNB against T4, the lower bullet damage of higher penetration ammo combined with the damage reduction of T4 also does not allow for one-shots.
