My one and only contribution to promptcrafting- If you want slightly distorted facial features, "afr makeup" (anti-face recognition) will slightly screw up faces and add interesting blemishes, especially if combined with other skin altering subjects like tattoos

It can also give smaller faces a "glitchy" look which can be aesthetically desirable compared to normal small faces
