I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I figure here is a good start. My friend and I were half way through a purgatory run when all of a sudden we were sent all the way back to level 0. Neither of us were down. Neither of us were in danger. It made absolutely no sense for us to be sent back to level 0. Felt like it was important to share.

Maybe someone died to sanity loss or if the game wasn't set to private, someone might have joined and died.
