Bug : ive tried many ways to fix this, like

1. checking the firewall
2. turning off my antivirus
3. repair files
4. use vpn
5. reinstall the game
6. check steam status
7. relog my steam
   but none of this works, meanwhile ive just sent the game to my other friend and they can create the lobby and works fine, so its happen only on me
