they would have to add actual land parts of the level for that
also im too lazy to actually check but i dont think thats in the lore
just raise the water level, your suit is heavy so you can't swim the only issue is really finding a barrier for the water if that's what you mean
im not a game designer but i imagine it wouldn't be too hard to add some barriers to the random generation
i assumned when you said we would have to avoid drowning that meant get higher ground
could mean getting higher or moving to a different room
sounds pretty cool, just dunno if devs would add it
ima check if theres anything like that in the lore
devs usually try to stay close to the lore
There was flooding in the puzzle room, but it got removed

I'd argue for a small no. Not because the idea is bad but because according to lore, this place is literally hazard free in any possible way.
Well there is an overhaul that's gonna change it
And they don't go completely by lore
Yes but they don't deviate from the lore too much either. I'd still like to have the levels resemble the lore as much as possible.
Eh they kinda do sometimes. For example the skinstealers don't steal skin

The entire level is going to be overhauled, and there was suggestions for the skinstealers to actually steal player skin, but if its going to be implemented is anothe thing

Pools too, needs to be visually more in line with other poolroom levels tbh
