What I mean by "Partially" is that when I am hosting a game with my buddies (6 players) the proximity voice chat works for all of my friends except 1 of them. However this can be temporarily fixed with time as sometimes if I am just near him it sometimes goes back to normal, but then the issue comes back another time.
Now since this only happens with 1 of my friends (and it is the same friend every time without fail) I have the theory that since he has his A/C on and it is causing some white noise in the background it could be messing up the system, I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but it always happens to me.
I have heard my friend say that he could hear him too after the latest patch, but I'm unsure about my other friends.
