I use Ibispaint X and mainly use these two default brushes;

Dip Pen (Hard) = I use it to make a lineart, whenever it's a character, background or anything... it's the option I go with as my starting point.

Pen (Fade) = I use it to render my paintings while in a multiply and alpha locked layer, sometimes I had to redo the mistakes because of it.

There are some other methods I use to give a little spice:

Blur = When in rendering procession, I blur some certain parts of it before cleaning it up with a eraser and layer it with the brush that I use only once in every piece of it.

Lasso Tool = I DEFINITELY need this when it comes to coloring, I never used the bucket one because it made some small spots outside of it and some weird lines. I use it to make some blobs that can take off the time and made it a bit easier.

These are my mediums used, I might do some more brushes but I'll to limit them.
