Is there any update to those of us who have had our subscription unlinked from our account?
Nothing has been resolved despite many support tickets. I was asked to send pictures of my payment although im sure you can see that a subscription was previously attached to my account. Nobody has replied, other than asking if it was resolved, which it wasnt, nor did they even acknowledge the issue.
My account says I have a subscription but when I click restore, nothing happens.
Having paid £99 for the year I would expect this subscription issue to be resolved by now especially after asking multiple times.
It’s pretty unacceptable that there’s been nearly zero communication other than asking if the issue was resolved. Yet nothing has been done about it or even communicated about.
