Hi anyone, not to be the typical person joining to immediately ask for help but I've tried reading support pages and not having much luck. I purchased ai+ and verified my age thinking it might help but some characters I try to message through discover just reload my homepage and nothing happens?

I then tried creating simple characters with limited info and keep receiving an error: "Failed to create your character. Please try again"

Thought maybe my browser was at fault, tried a different browser like firefox, no luck.

Disabled extensions on chrome, no luck.

Am I doing something wrong or is there an outage? Or should I submit a ticket for assistance?

Character loading but nothing's happening looks like a network error. VPN could help with that. As for your second issue, many factors can cause that. Try cropping or changing the profile picture / check your 'limited' info if there's any word causing it. One more thing, you can't make characters related to WB, Disney, or even some celebrities (there might be more) into bots due to DMCA.

I thought that too, I figured either content filter or copyright claims but when I try to create a completely random generic male character with super plain boring details. I get the error regardless. The picture was a good suggestion since it's using my super old profile picture back when character.ai was still in beta. So I tried generating a new image just in case but no luck.
