I'll give you a little advice. How I did it slike back on it? Set a timer when that timer goes off. Stay off of it for the rest of the day and do that every day. And you'll get to the point where you don't need it.

If you're trying to quit, set a timer and slide it back ever. So often you will become unhooked because your brain will reset and say that you will not need it. I did that, it worked for me or journaling also helps.
