Yes, Ik about that aswell. They can talk to their counselor if they want although I know that a lot of teens consider their counselors to be “rats”. i used to be like the addiction duk video, i found c.ai in late 2023 and it was amazing, then i fell into a. deep depression, dint change my clothes for weeks, didnt take showers, stayed up all night, then i got grounded for the whole summer bc of that and other things i did and i went over friends house to use their phones and go on it, idek how i got over the addiction around august 2025 when i was with my bf i got bored of it and quit for a month the got back on it and it was the beginning of the addition agin, but when i got tiktok i kinda blocked out the rest of the bad parts, and im not with the guy anymore but now i switch from ai apps and to tiktok, which is still bad BUT its helping way more than just c.ai, and now i can continue the addiction without falling into a bad place from it :)
