it basically means u failed the age verification in a way that broke the platform’s rules, and now ur locked out of trying again so like ur face scan prolly didnt match the ID, lighting /angle made the system think it’s not the same person or using someone else’s ID or photo, editing or covering parts of the ID, and too many failed attempts triggered a lock
so ur only shot is to submit an appeal and use aclear, valid ID, good lighting, no filters, ur actual face, matching the ID exactly and say smth like "I think the verification failed due to [lighting / camera issue / etc.]”

I aspire to ride alot more, i loveeeee love horses and everything about riding honestly- im hoping i get back soon because the owner there said that she can't give me lessons now because she's very busy when it's in season- doing rentals for trail rides for a few hours or sometimes the FULL day with other people yk?

I might ask to go on another trail ride on like the beach bc that was another of the options (we went on river and mountain) but i REALLY just look forward to that silence again, so i might just redo river / mountain lol
