A lot of the mods aren’t online a majority of the time, and due to people spam pinging the mods, they don’t always engage because of it. Kappa once got pinged over 5 times by one person because she thought he was a bot

They should just run a community poll to remove the features we don’t need like video and image generation. That’ll bring server prices down and mid chat ads won’t be needed, it also gives the community a voice on what happens with the app we use.
