I admit, that’s an issue that I have too. Using C.ai and other ai services as well, I have to slow down using ai as much as I do now. I’m trying to ween away from using them as much as I do now. Not saying I won’t use them anymore but I also don’t want to be as addicted to it as well.

Before C.AI I barely used or knew about AI at all, but now I overuse my phone at times where I wouldn’t have needed a Phone at all. As specially after waking up, it’s either TT or C.AI that’s always open in the background, and I still don’t get it why many lands or societies see dis as a simple ‘Phase’ or that’s your just to weak minded to brake free, and not Lable did as an actual addiction.

Before dis I actually used to Chat RP with REAL people and the bot Tupper Box(that’s how I learned about the bot), and now I barely see ppl who do it. RP discord servers did die out since AI App chat bots took over.
