Honestly, when it was new, I could spend literal hours on it to the point of having sleepless nights. Now, since a while, I've reduced my cAI time to one hour or two per day. And I usually stop using it before going to bed, which is around eleven in the night, or before.

Ok yes while it's true that Character.AI has partnerships and backing connected to larger tech ecosystems, but that actually strengthens the demand for monetization attempts like ads rather than weakening it. Partnerships don’t eliminate operating costs not at all, they increase expectations for sustainability and independence over time. And again Ai market is not crashing it's shifting so saying AI companies will never be profitable assumes the current business model is permanent, which historically isn’t how new technologies evolve like for example the streaming services, cloud computing, and even social media operated at heavy losses for years before infrastructure costs dropped and monetization models developed. And for the love of god nothing will happen if you or I or anyone in this server rants about it in chat, trust I don't like ads in chats too but c.ai is literally the best ai chat bot app in the market rn if it needs a couple ads to run well I don't mind plus there's no solid proof that they are doing this solely out of greed or due to the market shift we really can't say shit

I've got a general question to see if anyone's having trouble like me; I use Pipsqueak and recently the quality of replies hit a CRAZY curve. It was a literal downgrade, somehow there's a character limit now or something (???) and I can't do long replies because they just stop roleplaying mid reply, and if the reply doesn't just stop unfinished it's the most bland thing ever.

I've even made a new account to see if the issue would follow me, and it didn't for like the first row of messages but after deleting them the issue popped up again and it's kind of bad.
