Hi hello, sorry to bother but I am so extremely confused. How can you tell if a bot has been deleted, privated or the creator of it has deleted their profile? There’s a bot I’ve been using for almost two years that won’t load chats, but it’s icon is in tact and it stays pinned in my chat log. When I click, nothing loads but I can look at pinned messages just from the one thread. I can’t look into history. When reading the pinned messages, the icon of the character is repeated with a blank canvas with the first letter of its name in capital letters. Is the bot gone? Being remade? Pirvated? What’s going on?

ya I did, first I tried skipping twice then close app and open it again and the thing is, i enter cai normally but it frustrating because the bot that I entered didn save into my chat history (since it was stuck loading screen) and I have to find it all over again. I also tried when the ads is playing and just close it and open it but it doesnt go into the history at least.

1. have you tried restarting the mobile device entirely?

you dont have to put your ID but sooner or later they will ask for it, but i believe from other people they will keep your ID for 7-30 days and then delete and you should be good but you an always ask a moderator

yeah, again, it helped because ALL swipes are different. the method you use are only helps on client bugs (ads crashing, chats not loading properly). again, what will fix this is a swipe because that's only the bots internal workings, not the apps.

yeah thats fair! if this helps, persona deletes your ID within a certain timeframe to prevent your data getting stolen, and persona doesn't correlate with character ai at all. other big companies you've probably heard of uses persona as well
