Save the greeting and definition into your notes, delete it from the bot, then put it back in paragraph by paragraph until you find what’s wrong with it.

no problem! they are SOC 2 verified which means they've been independently verified to have security protocols as strong as companies like google, microsoft, etc. and they are very careful with user data. like to be SOC-2 a company needs to undergo months of continuous external auditing to prove they’re actually following strict security controls in practice, not just on paper. they have to prove to the AICPA that they're using high-level safeguards around how user ID data is encrypted, stored, deleted, etc. it's basically like the “gold standard” for data security compliance in tech, that's why so many big companies like linkedin and multiple banks and other financial services use them.
