CAI isn’t a therapy app. it can’t handle crises, it can’t give clinical guidance, and it can’t replace real support systems. it's just not built for that. if someone genuinely feels like a chatbot is the only thing keeping them stable, that’s a sign they need real help, not continued dependence on an AI platform.
