I personally have found DS to be more immersive if you're looking for strong memory and story building. I haven't played much with Nyan yet, but I've found it to flag more on my roleplays and stop the steady stream of things than DS. Like, for me, DS is more 18+ geared while Nyan is pg-13. Again, I need to play around with it and was in the process but bots got deleted... so...

Best advice, if you have two similar bots, have each run one of the different modes. See which one you like better. That's what I was doing to try to figure out how to better go about building certain characters.

For cai original models, I make sure the bot pick up a pattern to give me long replies. For new models that use third party LLM, I make sure not to choose a reply that have the same pattern like the previous message.

It's not just about image, it's more that people are coming up with ideas, images, etc. that they can't then utilize without having to acknowledge where they got it from. And if hey have to do that, then they have to start paying people for the ideas they're taking. That opens up a whole can of worms (and lawsuits) because corporations have claimed for the longest times they don't take unsolicited ideas from the masses, yet it's been proven they do.
