These are all common issues right now but you can also try to troubleshoot:

•try swapping your wifi. Sometimes ISP doesn’t align well
•check if you’re using a VPN
•try swapping browsers

App:
•make sure updates are installed one was recently released
•offload and redownload app

The web in general has been bugging, they’ve been making small improvements and changes to the server which can cause bugs. The app also has some, it seems to vary per person

It’s hard to say, there’s a lot of bugs at the moment and they’ve been working hard to sort through all of the tickets and address things.

Definitely see if the problem persists once you swap to data/hotspot or use a VPN though. That seems to help a lot of people

In my experience with this (and “can I ask you a question?”) it’s easiest if you sort of prompt/guide the bot along and take charge a bit. Telling them to get to the point doesn’t help - you actually have to make the moves yourself. Like if the bot is telling you to be quiet, be quiet and then make something happen (“Character B remained silent until they heard a noise in the distance. They look at Character A with a worried expression, wondering if they have a plan.”) just as a quick example off the top of my head.
