Try clearing apps cache if it gives you "chat error" when you enter the chat. But if it gives you "chat error" when you are typing or bot replying then change chat styles

I had the problem of whenever I was trying to send a reply to a bot, it would say chat error every single time. I was on the chat style “roar” and it only recently started giving me chat errors for some reason. I changed it to the chat style “soft launch” just now and it’s sending me chats now so it seems to be working.

wlw is is lesbian stuff, not sure why boy toy is related, but usually the cause of this is the bot's definition, so you'll have to find a bot that doesn't try to enforce this.

A lot of bot creators have a specific user gender in mind when they create them unfortunately, so if they use example text that includes calling the user a specific gender, you're shit outta luck for RP with your persona if your persona is a different gender from what the creator envisioned. Or you're going to have to constantly swipe/edit messages throughout the RP.

I have two tips for helping to resolve bot behaviors too, that I haven't seen anyone mention.

1. Include the current date within character definition, or feed it to a bot in the chat.

2. If it's your own character, add to it's definition, a secondary function that makes it acknowledge it is an LLM that you trigger by a "keyword" you specify. You can then make the LLM analyze the chat for inconsistencies, and other behaviors you don't want, then tell it to enter character again.

Bot's who's definitions don't have this WILL have an "identity crisis" meltdown so be careful with it.

Not everything comes down to how the creator made it. AI is imperfect, it makes mistakes. Sometimes it helps to just edit out the parts you don’t like or not respond to the messages you don’t like
