It's probably because you have some banned words in the description/ definition/ greetings/ tagline/ bot's name that's hindering it.
The banned words could be smth Harry Potter/DC/WB franchise's related words, violent words (like k!ll, sh, murd3r, etc), or just words that could be seen as inappropriate even if it looks harmless within context.

If you're unsure which word causes your issue:
> You can try leaving one paragraph at a time and try to save it, to see which paragraph has the banned words. 
> Once you find which paragraph has it, you can try figuring out which word/s is/are most likely the problem.

Hello! I don't really know who are admins of Character.ai here. Whoever are admins, I need help

I'm having some serious problems recently for 3 days.

Among the character bots that I created, for privacy, I had set them in Private list.

Among my own created character bots, the two bots I chat the most, they aren't generating new chats.

Either when I am trying to make the bot do continuation of previous chat or when I'm writing a new chat, it's not generating any reply and showing "Chat Error, Refresh", in both times

In other character bots that I made, which I use less, they are generating weird responses, huge extremely big responses, in block letters often, completely different from how I had set the messages to be like.

But the 2 character bots that I use the most, are very important to me.

In character bot chats which are made by others, when I'm chatting there, it's generating good replies as before. But my ones are having problems
