The issue is it shows I have a Cai+ subscription but when I try to unsubscribe it shows (in my settings) that I don’t even have a subscription for Cai+. This happened when I opened the app on my phone (Apple) and some screen popped up. I then accidentally clicked something before I even had time to read what the screen was about. That’s when it started to show that I have Cai+. Now I’m confused if it will charge me and I’d like to unsubscribe. I sent a ticket before but I didn’t get an answer so I’m trying this way.

It depends on which models they use to tinker with. Some of them could be relatively cheap while most are hefty, especially in regards to api (including tokens)

Free apis usually log people's stuff, meaning they keep people's inputs somewhere in their system/server or database

Take what I say with a grain of salt cuz im not an expert or anything but the general idea is that is's going to cost the devs to get their hands on these off-the-shelf models.

Yo guys I recently had this issue with character AI recently and it's like everytime I chat with a bot, it's not like an actual character talking to me but a blunt bot that gives me grammatical corrections instead of going forward in whatever story like whenever I answer a question say, the characters starting line in the main chat bot says "would you like to come with me?" and you say no, the bot will just tell you, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused, would you like me start again? For those of you who have problems with bots forgetting pronouns, remember that it's ai and it doesn't directly know what your pronouns are, it goes by whatever name you chose for the persona or it assumes. The best way to fix this issue is to include pronouns in your response. "She did this/she did that. Name did this this because of this." It also helps them remember the name you prefer to go by if you include the name in the response.

They've been releasing new feature after new feature, and they talked about their plan of using Open Source LLM as well. Plus maintaining the server and making sure their own system is strong enough to make sure the platform stays free for their 28million of users, I can only imagine how expensive it'll cost them monthly.
