the thing is you can select in settings whether you use the stable or preview versions of the models
so if ppl use the stable versions why do they still get large-scale bugs? of course that's ASSUMING they're using the stable version but I don't think they switched over to preview and then forgot about it

This depends on the server too tho. If its overload, bot likely just remember at least 10. If its not, usually it will remember about 30 messages
