This is a behavioral issue, and has existed for a long time.

It can be fixed by discouraging the bot from repeating itself by swiping, rating messages 1 star, or rewording your prompt to be more specific.

Absolutely NEVER try to fix with OOC as it just makes it worse, never get frustrated at the bot because it's not going to magically start listening to you.

If it's short responses, encourage the bot by writing longer prompts yourself.

If it's cut off responses, that's a bug and the devs are currently working on a fix.

yes I have tried restarted multiple times, used it on different browsers, and on different devices, and its been happening since yesterday

Sometimes, the app/website can be down or slow for some people caused by a lot of stuff (WiFi problems, weather like snow, storm or rain, etc...). It can also be a local problem in a way, like cAI has problems connecting to the servers in some parts of America while it works in others.

Or it can also be the device, mostly if it's 'old' or if it has problems with WiFi in general, which can cause the login problem. Idk I'm not an expert but it's the main things that cause cAI to be down or slow for some people, even if the servers aren't overloaded.

Think of it this way. A language model is like a toddler. If you act a certain way it picks up on that behaviour. When you write a short response, it gives back a short response. You’re training it to write a shorter response.
