• Switch to mobile data (don't use wifi) on your phone and see if it fixes it

You can try submitting a ticket and report it (even better if you include what your phone is, the OS version, and your app version in the ticket).
The devs are already aware of the bugs, but probably still working on it. Having more information about which device this happens on could help them.

This never happened to me before until a little over a month ago now. And if it did, it was like once, I’d swipe, and it wouldn’t respond as me again (I’ve been using it for months & months now) it does it with every bot, bots that never used to do it before.

That's because you're not sending tickets to customer service. You are sending tickets to developers to let them know that an issue exists, so that they can try to fix it. Usually your ticket will be responded to by the issue being fixed.

It really does help them fix problems if you submit tickets about it. The feature that you are talking about literally came out yesterday. Any tickets you send will help them figure out issues with the new feature.

it helps if your messages are long also, they try to copy our writing style usually

Yesterday I stated my issue with bot creation and the difference on two separate accounts, and some people stated that certain words could get bots shadow banned if their older, but as I'm scrolling through other bots I see curse words, spice, etc. What's going on? Any tips?

For context: I follow TOS, and yesterday due to my account just being too messy, too UI54JRKEMFDSNUIKFDAWO I decided to restart. I went to double check on an alt that the bots I transferred over to my new one worked, and it's the EXACT same on the account that works, but it ended up not working on the new account, NONE OF THEM! Which, in my opinion, is rather... Confusing. I took advice from others, and nothing changed.

For bot creation, your formatting could be wrong so that it's looking at the format notation and seeing a bunch of weird #'s and letters, so maybe look at ur definition
