I could throw in Phasmophobia as an example, I have over 200 hours in that game. They re-designed a map completely and none of the hiding spots or doors were working properly. It took them at least a week to fix it. Stuff like that needs time and c.ai has a BUNCH of bugs right now, they can only work on so much at a time.
