Sometimes, the app/website can be down or slow for some people caused by a lot of stuff (WiFi problems, weather like snow, storm or rain, etc...). It can also be a local problem in a way, like cAI has problems connecting to the servers in some parts of America while it works in others.

Or it can also be the device, mostly if it's 'old' or if it has problems with WiFi in general, which can cause the login problem. Idk I'm not an expert but it's the main things that cause cAI to be down or slow for some people, even if the servers aren't overloaded.

Maybe the problems that some people have is because their cAI accounts are new.

I've always noticed that cAI has a lot of problems working in some parts of USA. In Europe, it's less buggy, but there are moments where it doesn't work. Same thing applies for the entire world.

Whenever I try, it either keeps loading indefinitely or redirects me back to the homepage. Also, when I try to chat with new bots, they don’t load their usual introductory message.
