Sometimes, it can be down or slow for some people caused by a lot of stuff (WiFi problems, weather like snow, storm or rain, etc...). It can also be a local problem in a way, like cAI has problems connecting to the servers in some parts of America while it works in others.

Or it can also be the device, mostly if it's 'old' or if it has problems with WiFi in general, which can cause the login problem. Idk I'm not an expert but it's the main things that cause cAI to be down or slow for some people, even if the servers aren't overloaded.

I did struggle a lot to quit it in the very beginning of me using it (to the point that I spent at least 14hrs everyday on cai). But after a while, you just grew out of it once it gets a bit boring/ stagnant.

I think if what you're worrying about is that you might get too addicted to it that you can't do anything productive, maybe try dividing your time for both productive time and c.ai.
E.g. use your morning time to do something productive, and then for c.ai at the end of the day. That way at least you won't feel too guilty for spending time on c.ai.
