Definition has 32000 chars. Checked it a moment ago. Too long definition isn't good either, because it needs more token. Instead you need more space, try to shorten yourself. As I wrote try to use bullet points.

On mobile, try to shorten sentences as much as you can, key points / bullet points -> use them as you normally would do: eg: - xxx loves to: read, write stories, go shopping instead of: He / she loves to read much books, write fascinating stories and to go often to shopping trips.

I have used 15000 chars of the definition and sometimes the AI ignores them, other times it doesn't. You have to try a bit. I think the shorter the definition is, the better it will work. (Sorry grammar, not native speaker :-))

It's very known that it's only 3200 out of 32000. I think somewhere a moderator confirmed it in the guide section.

A bot can read past it but 9 times out of 10 it won't so it's a waste to write past so it's better to condense the important stuff into 3.2k

This whole situation with the app/website is chaotic ngl. I don't know if I'm lucky or if it's something else, I'm not sure. Idk if this kind of stuff happened before.
