Make it so only adults can create bots.. and then have an option in the creation to make it a 'Kid Friendly' or 'Adult Only' Bot.. and then have it so bots that feature adult stuff only shows up for adult users 🤷🏽‍♀️ .. <.< Would that not work? I know they won't do anything at this point to give adults more freedom with content in their RPs.. but still, it just seems like that would be a easy way to cover themselves legally but still compromise so everyone can have a bit more of what they want.

And I only thought of this because they are making it so minors can't edit because of what happened with one abusing that option.. making it so most have lost it/should expect to lose it and only adult users have it now. So.. with the adult content stuff I just figure the change of only adults being allowed to make bots and then the adult only option for bots featuring that stuff made some sense to avoid issues with kids and to keep adult users happier.

Guys i have a question, have you experienced like short answers from the bots recently? Some weeks ago it wrote much now it's so short damn. I asked it to write richly but it won't do

I haven't had much problems with that honestly. If I run into a bot that is being really short I try to 'start a new chat' or keep regenerating a different response until I get a more lengthy one.

I also find that bots usually (not always) try to match the amount I put, at least a little. So if I start writing really short responses, so will they.. and if I start doing longer they will slowly start to do the same. Sometimes it doesn't seem to matter at all to though.. and I'm not sure if that has to do with how the bot was made or not. But most I have run into as I said can/will put out more if I do the same.

Yes I noticed some improvements in story writing right away.. A couple of my bots took initiative to create a scenario where they weren't doing that very often before. It was a pleasant surprise.

Refreshing the chat just fixes any bugs going on. Like if the error came up or the voice is messing up. A quick refresh will fix it.

So… it’s not fantastic. The changes are a bit subtle but I noticed the memory is slightly better. Sometimes when I had long chats the bots would go crazy and just repeat old responses or respond to messages that were already far behind. I also like the faster response time. So like I like having it but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it

Also, you have to take into consideration that there is a message cap/limit and it is not possible for the model to generate lengthy responses. It's just that. So having multiple characters say their piece in an expansive manner within a message is not doable.

Can character ai help with writing group scenes. Like for example, I have a scene where a bunch of characters (the group is 20 people) watching and some playing sports(winner stays and teams of 5). I want like everyone’s talking and interacting in line with their details, but I don’t want to write every single line myself. It’s just meant to be character-building/interactions, not a major narrative moment.

My idea was to make all the characters as detailed as possible in character ai, toss them into a group chat, set the scene, and let the AI handle the rest. Then I’d go back and edit whatever needs fixing.

I've tried with ChatGPT or Claude but they forget details or don’t keep personalities consistent.

Any ideas?
