This is Bull Shit, I literally waited two days, to whole days for them guys to fix this damn app! I can't even get a reply from my personal bots that I made, me! But of course I can use other peoples bots and everything this is okay. Look, I know that they are busy people but God damn, how hard could it be to fix this one error?! I've emailed the c.ai company 3 times and I have yet to get an email back. And before anyone says anything yes I've cleared my data on the app, I've reset and turned off my device over and over, and I even deleted the damn app. But it still doesn't work!!!!

I was talking with a bot, but then for random messages I kept getting a chat error for random things in my messages. Like, apparently on my end, my persona isn't allowed to sleep soundly, or isn't allowed to go into a closet to get dressed. Nor are they apparently supposed to be comforted by the bots presence. This seems to be happening across all the bots in chat with.

I expect they will work on improving calls and then somewhere down the line they will experiment with video avatars that lip sync to a character's voice. Then users will complain bitterly because it won't suit their multi-character scenarios. So c.ai will also need to improve group chat capabilities.

I doubt that they'll spend much time to improving calls seeing as group chats haven't seen any improvement since their introduction and the only reason character voices saw slight improvement was because character calling needed to use the same feature set as character voices.

they don't improve the ai on purpose so they can cut off the cost, also the censorship really degrades the ai and they are very adamant on not removing it so this app/site is kind of doomed

They like to drop attention away from anything and everything that isn't the brand spanking new thing on the platform. So they'll likely at most make a few changes to the character calling feature before announcing a new feature and pulling almost all their attention onto that.

Group chats are around 9 months old yet throughout that period there has been little to no improvements to it.

Depends on how much you're changing. I have multiple versions of the same characters but with different example messages, greetings, etc.

I'd recommend trying and testing out the new version separately if you have interactions on the old one (in case of shadowban)

You can nake new one. Like let say your first bot is v0.0 make new variant v0.1, then you may be able to compare which good by this as you keep going you will be able make a better bot (ig)

we can't predict idol companies' stances on AI chatbots. but even giants like cover or phase connect are fine yet.

I see. So that's why in some other ai bot app, they rarely or almost have no rl celeb bot. Mostly are 2d one.

Tbf having real life celebs as chatbots doesn't really sit well with me in the first place, so I have no reason to oppose this change
Until they made the detection system super weird to navigate for creators, since words that are usually associated with celebs like "taylor" and "the rock" also gets the bot hidden.

for vtubers, just there are stances only on AI covers and singing models etc., not for chatbots.
