Search is messed up on both the app and new site. Old site is more reliable but not without it's problems. Your unlisted bots mostly have growing interactions because your interactions with your own bot count.

It’s not actually an error. Usually I sign in with my Apple ID. So I went onto the app and the log in looked different. I logged into it using my Apple ID and asked for my birth date which I found weird since I had already made an account. I didn’t bother thinking about it until the app loaded and it opened up with a whole new account. (Sorry for grammar)

You've missed the point. Most creators make bots on C.AI for RP purposes, which includes narrations. Heck the model itself was trained on RP forums, meaning you will never get it to behave like a regular chat, there will always be narration somewhere, which definitely would not go well with voices.
It's not the user's choice if they want to rp or "just casual chatting", the model itself is already trained specifically for RP, so it will behave like that in every situations

In my experience, pinned messages function better as objectives, while things that pertain to relationships between you and the bot (relationship as in job, rank, etc) are better suited for the persona.

So your lab assistant would probably be better added to the persona.
