Honestly, why don’t they make verification optional, they keep the base (none verified and no cai+) cai with before the shitty update, and if you did get verified, you could get some things that would be like a rather minor reward for verification, and if you verified and get cai+, you get your rewards (this is all hypothetical btw)

Think of it as Xbox Game Pass (that’s how I thought of this hypothetical situation), you got essential (the base stuff), premium (decent stuff but not great), and ultimate (better than the formers)

The “Not interested” button doesn’t really do anything anymore. My FYP is also full of random bots, completely different from what I usually chat with.

The only way to make them disappear is to keep chatting with the ones you like and never open the ones you don’t care about. Unfortunately, there’s no way to 100% remove them instantly.

I mean, the ads is a "great" thing, since it gives them money to make the app better. I mean.. It should've made it better.
If it would've made the bots remember more details, ut would've been alright. But they're just destroying their fanbase now. Ads sometimes can be alright, but using them to make a verify thingy, read-only mode.. It's complete useless, for people out of California.

Yes, let's just be honest with each other. It really hurts to feel that cai is now so different. If you want to delete reading mode it, you have to verify your age, and even then it sometimes works (lucky) or doesn't, and the failure is because of overload, lag, or whatever. The point is, it's more complicated just to be able to chat with the chatbot again.

What is a reading mode??

If you get flagged as a minor.

For the first 14 days, you are restricted to 1 hour chats with 24-18 hour rest periods per day.

After those 14 days are up, you are left to ‘read’ your chats, chats are archived for 6 months, they are NEVER deleted.

Once you reach 18, you can verify again and regain access to your chats/messaging rights.

You have the stories button and have no edit, your account got flagged as well and will be in reading mode in 14 days, once Persona flags your main, any alt gets flagged as a minor too, just delete ALL THE ACCOUNTS YOU HAVE and start fresh, there's no way out of this unless you wanna verify your age, or start new on a fresh new account after deleting your old one
