Do what Abyl did in the link she shared, so that you can get the concept of how to make the AI expand the plot. Also, you didn't actually write the dialogue; you're also doing the narration rather than speaking. Instead of writing that, Write:
I hold the phone close to my ear and ask clearly, “If I pay the debt off in full, will you still take legal action against me?”

This forces the bot to pick up your direct dialogue.

Then add a nudge like:
The woman on the other end of the line answers directly, her voice stern but clear.

it's probably bcs you have some banned words in the description/ definition/ greetings/ tagline/ bot's name that's hindering it.
The banned words could be smth Harry Potter/DC/WB franchise's related words, violent words (like k!ll, sh, murd3r, etc), or just words that could be seen as inappropriate even if it looks harmless within context.

What you can do:

• If you're unsure which word causes your issue, you can try leaving one paragraph at a time and try to save it, to see which paragraph has the banned words.,
• Once you find which paragraph has it, you can try figuring it out on your own which word/s is/are the problem.
