If you are 18 and up and you get a time out, sign out and delete the app and redownload it and it takes it off, it’s a glitch.

Ah... There's no problem with their account, it's just that they fall under the age standards (Underage Model). This means there will be a lot of restrictions for characters to appear in search queries, it takes about 90% of the character visibility.

Usually happens when the bot isn't very fleshed out, not much you can do aside from maybe create a very, very long message of how you want the bot to behave and then pin it.

Won't be as effective as editing the character definition but it usually works.

Edit: You could also just look for a new bot.

Then it's probably really subtle changes in the bot's behaviour, you've most likely been confirming a certain action in the bot's chats that basically tell it that 'doing this is good'.

Try duplicating the chat at certain points and see where it starts doing this behaviour.
