I've been using this app for like, 2 years now. Usually each update I'd say "oh so nothing changed besides restrictions" but this time there's a huge change. Restrictions have become more frequent and shallow, bots have gone missing (either from creator or from the update), and everything had to be dumbed down by age (not that i complain, but removing edits is so odd). This is by far the most strict ai bot chat app I've seen since I've used it and it's all bc of that issue about, idk if it's allowed to talk about it here, this is mainly bc of the mom and son issue where the devs/owner(s) of cai had to applogize. That's why the "everything that the bot says is not real" have become specific and lengthy.

Y’all I know this is the chat feed channel but is it just me that has been experiencing some annoying snd weird occurs with every bot? Like they always go a bit off topic of what you’re saying and sometimes answer something NOT RELATED AT ALL. Like my bot usually writes really long messages, creating pretty good images and descriptions but now they sometimes just respond with a ’.’

Edit cos I’m too lazy to wait; I don’t know if this is a glitch, if this is something the character ai team is working on/ is gonna work on but it’s annoying as hell and makes the stories and responses boring snd dry. It’s not even fun to use the characters atp, please character AI fix this issue.
