I didn't know where else to put this! BUT!! If you archive a conversation, and it's the last one you had. There is a chance your bot will show errors saying that bot is unavailable. What you'll need to do is get off the app, go onto said bot on the website and unarchive that chat and then you'll be good!!

This also goes for any archived app chat, you need to go onto the website to unarchive it to use it once more.

Please redirect anyone to this message if they need the help, I'm not sure if it's been stated before. But yeah, ta-da. Happened to me, and someone else I just helped through it.

It's purely an app problem for some reason, didn't happen before. Whenever you try to unarchive an archived chat, it'll come up with errors. So, with that in mind, if you archived a chat and it was the latest chat you had- the bot refuses to go back to it, or make a new one.
