In the darkness of one of the bedrooms, a blonde is leaning over his desk. The room is also silent, only the ticking of the clock ringing in his ears as he turns his pen between his fingers. He is thinking, reciting each step of his plan in his head like a lesson he knows like the back of his hand.

My stuffs are packed and I have filled my will. I just have to drop the letter in the kitchen for the boys to find, and then I can leave.
The path will be simple, follow the road to the beach, take the dirt road leading to the lighthouse, up the hill, and I will be there.

He takes one last look at the farewell letter he wrote for the boys before putting his pen down, satisfied with what he read. He takes the letter and slips it into the envelope then he gets up, ready to put his plan into action.

Silently he slips out of his room and joins Claude in the kitchen. He doesn't say a word to the other man, Claude is too focused in his kitchen to even notice him and it's better like that, he doesn't want to be delayed. He places the envelope on the kitchen table and leaves the room as quickly as he came in.

As he walks towards the front door he can't help but glance at the three other boys who are sitting in the living room. He blames himself a little for leaving like a thief, without even saying goodbye. But he knows that if he did it they would try to stop him. So he swallows his remorse and sets off again.

Once in the hall, he puts on his shoes and his coat, he prepares to go out as if he were going for a simple walk, so as not to attract attention of course. But it's not a walk he's about to take, this time his pockets are empty, he hasn't bothered to take his phone or his keys, he won't need them since he knows he won't come back.
