i keep having this same bug with characters. A fix I’ve found to work is going to a different character, then back to the one who’s speaking with the weird runes and then start a new chat with them. It might take a couple tries, but it works for me. Hopefully the c.ai team fixes this soon

None of these characters are established in this RP, and it's unusual for it to fixate like this. It's getting stuff wrong, too; Acerola's hair is purple, and Opie should not be referred to as 'Ma', Acerola looks nothing like Opie, she's on Opie's shoulders so kneeling makes no sense, and she doesn't have an upstairs room (living at a one-floor apartment).
